Dear Kovac Team, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your honesty, compassion, caring, professional, understanding, heart felt service I received. The car I towed in was my sisters transportation as some would say little beat up 2007 Hyundai Elantra, but to my sister that car meant freedom, meant survival, meant independence. You see my sister Scarlet as I would call her had been living, surviving Lymphoma Cancer since 2009. Scarlet trapped at home most days of her Cancer journey would drive her little Hyundai around town feeling free at times from the illness that lived within her. The car electrical system faulty, she drove it not knowing how fast or slow she was going or if she had fuel or not. We would share the car as a communal family car. You may ask why didn't she fix it? Living off a disability check and her husband working 6 days a week to make ends meat fixing the car or eating was the question asked time and time again so the answer was dinner. My sisters body passed away on April 10th this year. After a month in ICU and wanting to live her engine shut down. My brother in law knowing how much we depended on that 2007 Hyundai he told me how happy Scarlet would be if she knew her car was being used by us. I had the car towed to Kovac using the great towing service Kovac referred me to and I knew Scarlets car was going to a good place for some TLC. The Kovac Team found the electrical issue and gave Scarlets Hyundai a little more time on this earth. I can't tell you how thankful I am to each and everyone of the team members at Kovac. This place is great to go get your car serviced, they’re good with timing and efficient and the lobby is comfortable and people are happy to help you, I’ve walked in for a last minute car issue and they helped me right away. Thank you, I’ll bring my car back for sure.

I needed a new alternator and battery for my MB C 320. My car was towed to Fort Lauderdale Mercedes. They gave me a very high estimate. I looked online and saw KOVAC Automotive. A neighbor of mine had recommended them to me. I got an estimate online from KOVAC and called to confirm the estimate amount. They confirmed it and I had the car towed to KOVAC, the very next day.The car was repaired and ready for me in about four hours of when they started the work. The cost of the repair was substantially less than MB’s estimate. Every Kovac employee was very personable and knowledgeable and took their time to explain the repair. They had a very presentable waiting area and were very accommodating. I have a few more issues that need to repaired and I will be scheduling that work with them in the very near future.

My radiator exploded while getting onto interstate 595 west bound. I called Kovac at 530pm and spoke to Steve, he was absolutely amazing he git all of my information for my extended warranty company before I even got there, and even asked if I need a ride home. I my charger was towed there after hours and they had my car in the very next morning just like Steve said he would. I have never in all my years dealing with cars and and shops had a service rep actually keep his or her word like Steve. The whole staff including Omar the manager and Jamie another service writer were absolutely amazing. I highly highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done. Their professionalism, truthfulness along with having people that actually care about their customers is amazing you will not find a better shop.

Having Kown the Kovac Family and having done business with them for over 40 years, I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had a bad experience with anything I have ever had done. Kovac Auto Motive has been a Family run local business that's been passed down to Joey. who takes as much prided in the service He provide to the community as his parents did. A community that has always been Family to the Kovac's, Joey is very active in the community as were Both of Joey's parent, his parents were well known and respected in the Davie community, to the point that his Mother Joan served as the Mayor of Davie for several years. I don't think you could ask for a family that had more Pride in the community then that. Enough with the history lesson for I could go on and on, the bottom line is I have a mechanical background and am a first responder, so I know the importance of keeping good tires and good maintenance on your Vehicles, and I trust no one else to work on my Vehicles except Kovac Automotive!
